Sleeping arrangements

This entire rental unit accommodates up to 6 guests with 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 baths. Each bedroom is arranged with cotton linens, room-darkening shades, and clothing storage to help you settle in comfortably. The single level home layout - with no stairs inside - makes it easy to move throughout the space, whether you are traveling with family, friends, or colleagues.



Living space

After a day in the city, relax indoors with Wifi and a TV for downtime. The layout keeps everything on one level, creating a straightforward flow from bedroom to living area to kitchen. Air conditioning maintains a comfortable atmosphere year-round. A private entrance - separate street or building entrance - allows for easy arrival and departure within the elevator building.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen offers the space and essentials you need to prepare meals at home, whether it is a quick breakfast before heading out or a relaxed dinner in. A refrigerator, mini fridge, oven, gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, and blender support a range of cooking plans. Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



There are no parking spaces.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



The Staff will be able to receive you from 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.



Other Things to Note:

*Pool reservation must be made at least 24 hours in advance. (On Mondays, the pool is closed for maintenance)

In order to guarantee a better experience and the proper maintenance of our facilities, we inform you that the use of the pool is available exclusively for reservations of 5 nights or more.

We would like to inform you that Plaza Pabellón, where our condominium is located, is currently undergoing a remodeling process. Although these works do not directly affect the condominium facilities, we remind you that the entire plaza is under construction, we regret any inconvenience this may cause you.



-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or laundry service during your stay.



-The rate shown per night is the base price, which integrates from 1 to 4* guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 15* dlls extra per person per night.



-The accommodation has a capacity of __4__ same as indicated in the ad, we let you know that the Airbnb platform does not count children and babies within the capacity, note that the condo if, so it is necessary that when booking integrate the exact number of guests in relation to the capacity, counting adults, children and babies.





-No guests allowed



-Pets are not allowed



-No change of linens during your stay.

-It is important to take into account that Guadalajara, due to its constant development, is prone to construction close to the condominiums, generating noise during the day.
