Sleeping arrangements

Designed to host up to 4 guests, this entire rental unit consists of two interconnected private units rented together. Each unit includes its own bedroom with a bed and a private bathroom, creating a balance of privacy and connection that works well for friends traveling together, couples, or a small family. Room-darkening shades, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, clothing storage, hangers, and a safe help you settle in comfortably.



Kitchen & dining

Both units feature a kitchen, giving you the flexibility to prepare meals on your own schedule. Whether you are storing local ingredients in the refrigerator and freezer, reheating leftovers in the microwave, or enjoying a simple breakfast before heading out, you have the space to cook and gather. An outdoor dining area with outdoor furniture offers another spot to sit and share a meal or unwind with a drink as the city moves around you.



Comfort & essentials

Air conditioning and heating keep the space comfortable year-round. Bathroom essentials are provided, along with hot water, ensuring an easy start and end to each day. A TV offers downtime in the evenings, while Wifi and a dedicated workspace make it simple to stay connected or work remotely. The home also includes a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher for added peace of mind.



Access & building features

You will have a private entrance - a separate street or building entrance - and can arrive on your own schedule with self check-in via keypad. The building includes an elevator that’s at least 52 inches deep with a doorway at least 32 inches wide. Luggage dropoff allowed and long term stays allowed provide added flexibility. Free parking garage on premises and free street parking are available.

Our staff can greet you in the lobby between 4:00 pm and 5:00 pm. If you need to check-in outside these hours, please contact your host.



We will send you the access code for the electronic door lock in advance.



Important note:



Last minute reservations: If you make your reservation after 9:00 p.m. the day before your arrival, or on the day of check-in, the apartment will be available for check-in from 6:00 p.m. onwards.



Check-out:



Check-out is at 11:00 am.



Remember to turn off the air conditioning before your departure and notify your host.

We have a private transportation service with additional cost that is available for you to move around the city with ease.



If you wish to hire it, it is important that you request it at least 15 hours in advance in order to coordinate it properly.

Guadalajara is a city that's constantly growing, so you might hear some construction noise nearby during the day. We appreciate your understanding and are here for anything you may need.



Capacity and Rates:

The rate per night published on the platform is base and includes 1 to 2 guests.

Starting with the 3rd guest, an additional charge of approximately $10 USD per person per night applies.



The accommodation has a maximum capacity of 2 people, including adults, children and infants.

Important: Although Airbnb does not count children and infants in the total number of guests, the condo does. Please be sure to include all occupants when booking.



Cleaning:

The cleaning fee covers cleaning before and after your stay, but does not include daily cleaning or changing of linens or laundry during your visit.



Restrictions

The maintenance and administration of the condominium's common areas are the external responsibility of Del Mar Boutique Accommodation.



Due to the constant growth of Guadalajara, it is possible that there may be construction work or other elements nearby that generate noise during the day. We appreciate your understanding.



Forgotten objects

We are not responsible for lost or forgotten objects in the accommodation. We recommend that you check carefully before your departure.
