The space is designed to comfortably host up to 5 guests across two interconnected private units. Each unit includes its own kitchen, bathroom, and bed, offering a balance of shared time and personal privacy. An internal connection allows you to move easily between both spaces while still enjoying the independence of separate living areas.



Sleeping arrangements

The property includes 2 bedrooms and 2 beds, with each unit featuring its own sleeping space. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, room-darkening shades, hangers, clothing storage, and an iron are provided to help you settle in comfortably.



Kitchen & dining

Both units feature a kitchen where you can prepare meals during your stay. The setup allows for relaxed mornings or quiet evenings in, whether you’re cooking or enjoying takeout from nearby restaurants.

Check-in: Our staff can greet you in the lobby between 4:00 pm and 5:00 pm. If you need to check-in outside these hours, please contact your host. We will send you the access code for the electronic door lock in advance. Important note: Last minute reservations: If you make your reservation after 9:00 p.m. the day before your arrival, or on the day of check-in, the apartment will be available for check-in from 6:00 p.m. onwards. Check-out: Check-out is at 11:00 am. Remember to turn off the air conditioning before your departure and notify your host.

Capacity and Rates: The rate per night published on the platform is base and includes 1 to 2 guests. Starting with the 3rd guest, an additional charge of approximately $10 USD per person per night applies. The accommodation has a maximum capacity of 2 people, including adults, children and infants. Important: Although Airbnb does not count children and infants in the total number of guests, the condo does. Please be sure to include all occupants when booking. The kitchen utensils available are basic tools, they do not include supplies such as salt, oil and pepper. Parking is limited and also subject to availability. Due to the constant growth of Guadalajara, it is possible that there may be construction work or other elements nearby that generate noise during the day. We appreciate your understanding. Forgotten objects We are not responsible for lost or forgotten objects in the accommodation. We recommend that you check carefully before your departure.
