The Space:

Morning light filters through the windows as the city skyline stretches beyond you, a quiet reminder that Guadalajara’s energy is just outside your door. Brew a cup of coffee in the kitchen and settle in at the dining table while the neighborhood slowly comes to life. As evening falls, the horizon glows and the rhythm of Colonia Americana invites you out for dinner, drinks, or a leisurely stroll home under the city lights.



The space is designed for comfort and ease, accommodating up to 4 guests with 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 2 baths. Each bedroom offers a calm retreat with bed linens, room-darkening shades, and clothing storage to help you fully unwind. The bathrooms are stocked with bathroom essentials, and hot water ensures a refreshing start or end to your day.



Kitchen and dining

The full kitchen gives you the flexibility to dine in whenever you like. Equipped with major appliances and cooking basics, it’s ready for everything from a simple breakfast to a relaxed dinner with wine at the dining table. A coffee maker and blender add to the convenience, whether you’re preparing a quick smoothie before heading out or enjoying a slow morning indoors.



Work and connectivity

With Wifi and a dedicated workspace, the apartment easily supports remote work or study sessions. Set up your laptop, take meetings, or plan your itinerary in a space designed to keep you connected and comfortable.



Comfort and access

Air conditioning helps maintain a pleasant indoor climate year-round. The home is single level with no stairs, and the building includes an elevator, making access smooth and straightforward. Self check-in with a keypad allows you to arrive on your own schedule and settle in with ease.



Neighborhood

Located in one of Guadalajara’s most sought-after areas, the residence places you within walking distance of restaurants, cafes, bars, and cultural attractions, especially in the vibrant Colonia Americana neighborhood. Excellent connectivity and easy access to public transportation, taxis, Uber, and DiDi make exploring the rest of the city simple.

1. Mandatory garbage disposal:

All garbage must be placed exclusively in the garbage chute (shut) located in the service stairwells.

It is strictly forbidden to leave garbage bags in the aisles.



2. Garbage Disposal Requirements:

Garbage must be contained in garbage bags, preferably double.

Large objects or glass bottles must not be thrown into the garbage chute. These should be deposited directly in the dumpster located in Basement 1.



3. Liability for damage:

Any person causing damage to the trash chute will be responsible for repair costs. Failure to comply with this obligation may result in penalties.





We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining order and cleanliness in our facilities.



Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



There are no parking spaces.



Guests staying with us for more than 2 nights will be allowed to access the pool. For shorter stays, only the gym is available, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Check-in is done at the lobby. Prior to your arrival, we will send you information with your access code to the door, as it is equipped with an electronic lock.



Our staff can welcome you between 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time, please contact your host).



Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



*The check-in time for same-day reservations will be from 6:00 pm onwards.



The Neighborhood:

A unique and attractive warm weather district awaits you within a city with a wide range of architecture. Guadalajara, the capital of the state of Jalisco, is characterized for being a dynamic and diverse city that offers a wide range of cultural and economic experiences.



The location of the lodging brings you close to the points with the most social interaction, such as: Paseo Chapultepec, glorieta Minerva and the Historic Center.



Getting Around:

We recommend renting a car from the airport or you can use the cab service or the Uber platform to get around the city.

Dear guest, at the end of your visit, please make sure to leave the access cards inside the apartment. Your help is essential for us, thank you very much!



The cleaning fee covers pre- and post-stay cleaning; it does not include any cleaning or laundry services during your stay.



The displayed nightly rate is the base price, which includes 1 to 2* guests. For additional guests, there will be an extra cost of approximately $10* USD per person per night.



The accommodation has a capacity of 4, as indicated in the listing. Please note that Airbnb does not count children and infants within the capacity, but the condo does. When booking, include the exact number of guests, including adults, children, and infants.
