Sleeping arrangements

The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests across 2 bedrooms with 2 beds and 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom includes clothing storage and essentials, creating a restful place to recharge. With two full bathrooms, routines are easy and convenient for groups traveling together.



Living space

This single level home offers a straightforward layout with no stairs inside the unit, accessible by elevator. Whether you are unwinding with a show on the TV, catching up on work at the dedicated workspace with Wifi, or simply enjoying the skyline view, the space supports both relaxation and productivity. A private entrance and keypad entry allow for smooth, flexible arrivals.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, along with a dining table for gathering. Start your day with breakfast at home or enjoy a quiet dinner after exploring nearby restaurants. The setup allows you to balance dining out with the option to cook when you prefer.



Guest comfort

Bathroom essentials and hot water are provided, along with bedroom essentials to ensure a comfortable stay. Thoughtful touches like an iron, hangers, and clothing storage add convenience for both short and longer visits.

Located near Colonia Americana, the apartment places you within easy reach of restaurants, cafés, bars, and cultural attractions. Getting around is simple with access to public transportation, taxis, Uber, and DiDi, as well as main avenues connecting you to other parts of Guadalajara.



Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



There are no parking spaces.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Guests staying with us for more than 2 nights will be allowed to access the pool. For shorter stays, only the gym is available, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



Check In is done from the lobby. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the door, since it is an electronic gate.



Staff will be able to receive you from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and to notify your host.



*Check In time for reservations made the same day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.

Getting Around:

We recommend renting a car from the airport or you can use the cab service or the Uber platform to get around the city.
