The Space:

Soft light filters through the windows as the city begins to stir, the skyline just beyond your view. Mornings here move at your pace - coffee at the dining table, a quiet moment before heading out to explore Zapopan’s lively streets, cafĂ©s, and parks. By evening, you return to a calm, uncluttered space where the rhythm slows and the day settles gently around you.



The Space

This entire rental unit in Zapopan accommodates up to 4 guests and is thoughtfully arranged for easy, everyday living. The layout feels open and functional, giving you room to unpack, unwind, and feel at home whether you’re visiting for work, leisure, or a bit of both. A private entrance and self check-in with a keypad make arrivals seamless, while the elevator in the building adds convenience from the moment you step inside. The home is single level with no stairs in the home, supporting smooth daily routines throughout your stay.



Sleeping Arrangements

Two bedrooms offer restful retreats, with 2 beds total and room-darkening shades to help you recharge at any hour. With 2 baths, mornings remain unhurried - an ideal setup for couples, friends, or small families traveling together. Bathroom essentials are provided, along with bedroom and laundry essentials and clothing storage: closet to keep everything organized.



Living and Work Space

After a day exploring nearby landmarks, you can settle in with a show on the TV or focus at the dedicated workspace with Wifi. Whether you’re answering emails or planning the next outing, the space supports both productivity and relaxation without feeling crowded.

The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing your own meals, from simple breakfasts to relaxed dinners at home. A refrigerator, mini fridge, gas stove, oven, microwave, and coffee maker make it easy to cook and gather around the dining table. Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



The Staff will be able to receive you from 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.
