From this elevated perch, you can ease into the day with coffee at the dining table, watching shifting colors stretch across the horizon. Even in the mild winter season, the city’s temperate climate keeps the atmosphere comfortable - cool mornings, warm afternoons, and clear evenings that invite you to settle in and unwind above it all.



Sleeping arrangements

Designed for 2 guests, this one-bedroom condo offers a restful retreat after time spent exploring nearby neighborhoods. The bedroom features 1 bed, along with bed linens, hangers, and clothing storage so you can unpack and feel at home. The private bathroom includes hot water and bathroom essentials, providing a simple, functional space to refresh at your own pace.



Living and comfort

Whether you’re visiting for work or leisure, the space balances relaxation and practicality. Air conditioning helps maintain a pleasant indoor setting year-round, while Wifi keeps you connected. Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. The Staff will be able to receive you from 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host). Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host. Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.
