Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms sleep up to 6 guests, each furnished with a comfortable bed and cotton linens. Towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper are all provided, so there's nothing to sort on arrival. Closet space throughout keeps things tidy however long you stay.

 

Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for guests who prefer to cook. You'll find a refrigerator, microwave, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, and a dining table - everything needed to eat in when the mood strikes. Note that while cooking basics are listed as an amenity, oil, salt, and pepper are not currently stocked in this unit - worth keeping in mind before your first shop.

 

Bathrooms

Three bathrooms across the home mean mornings run smoothly - no queues, no compromises. Hot water is available throughout.

 

Outdoor & shared facilities

The patio or balcony looks out over the courtyard and the city skyline - a genuinely strong feature at any hour of the day. The shared pool offers a welcome break between outings, and parking on premises is available for guests arriving by car.

 

Location

The residence sits in close proximity to Paseo Chapultepec and Glorieta Minerva, placing you inside one of Guadalajara's most walkable and culturally engaged corridors. Independent cafés, restaurants, architecture worth pausing for, and the Historic Center are all within comfortable reach. This part of the city rewards both the purposeful explorer and the one with nowhere particular to be.



Note

Mandatory garbage disposal: All garbage must be placed exclusively in the garbage chute (shut) located in the service stairwells. It is strictly forbidden to leave garbage bags in the aisles.



Garbage Disposal Requirements: Garbage must be contained in garbage bags, preferably double. Large objects or glass bottles must not be thrown into the garbage chute. These should be deposited directly in the dumpster located in Basement 1.



Liability for damage: Any person causing damage to the trash chute will be responsible for repair costs. Failure to comply with this obligation may result in penalties.



Instructions for rentals through platforms such as Airbnb: For apartments renting through these platforms, we ask that you instruct your guests on these provisions to avoid mishaps.

Guest Access:

IMPORTANT: At the moment this unit does not have access to the condominium amenities. Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. Guests staying with us for more than 2 nights will be allowed to access the pool. For shorter stays, only the gym is available, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. Check-in is done at the lobby. Prior to your arrival, we will send you information with your access code to the door, as it is equipped with an electronic lock. Our staff can welcome you between 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time, please contact your host). Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host. *The check-in time for same-day reservations will be from 6:00 pm onwards.

Important note: This accommodation does not have air conditioning. The space is naturally ventilated thanks to the local climate. Please keep this in mind before confirming your reservation to ensure it meets your needs.

The displayed nightly rate is the base price, which includes 1 to 5* guests. For additional guests, there will be an extra cost of approximately $20* USD per person per night. The accommodation has a capacity of 6, as indicated in the listing. Please note that Airbnb does not count children and infants within the capacity, but the condo does.
