Salt air drifts in from the coast, birds fill the morning quiet, and garden greenery wraps around every outdoor corner - this is the pace Nuevo Vallarta sets from day one. Tucked into the Tondoroque area within the Matiari development, this single-level home is built for guests who want the coast close, the comforts solid, and the outdoor spaces genuinely liveable. Banderas Bay is a short drive away, and between the hammock on the patio and the kayak waiting in the back, there's no shortage of ways to fill - or empty - your days.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The home sleeps up to 6 guests across 2 bedrooms, with 1 king bed, 2 single beds, and 1 sofa-bed, plus 2 bathrooms. Room-darkening shades keep things dark after late nights out, and each room is stocked with clothing storage, extra pillows and blankets, and a safe. Families with young children will find a crib, Pack 'n Play/Travel crib, children's books and toys, children's dinnerware, and window guards already in place.

 

Living space

Air conditioning keeps the interior comfortable throughout the day - essential during Mexico's warmer months. The living area is an easy place to settle after time at the pool or beach: connect to Wifi, catch something on TV, or use the dedicated workspace if you need to stay on top of work between outings. The full kitchen is set up for real cooking - refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, wine glasses, dishes and silverware, and cooking basics are all on hand. A dining table brings the group together for meals indoors, while the BBQ grill and barbecue utensils keep outdoor cooking firmly in the picture. A washer and dryer are available for longer stays, and there's a laundromat nearby as well.

3. Liability for damages: Anyone who causes damage to the garbage chute will be liable for repair costs. Failure to comply with this obligation may result in penalties.

It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. Check In is done from the lobby. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the door, since it is an electronic gate.
