Here you will find a kitchen, a fireplace for preparing delicious meals and a dining table for 6 people. There is also a separate area with a selection of local wines as well as an additional bathroom. What makes Villa Casa Mazuli stand out is certainly its traditional interior covered in Istrian stone, which will provide you with plenty of freshness during hot summer days.



On the first floor of the villa there is a living room with a sitting area, a dining room and a kitchen. Here you will also find one of the 3 bedrooms equipped with a double bed as well as a bathroom. The remaining two bedrooms are located on the second floor of the villa. One is equipped with a double bed, and the other has 2 beds for 1 person. Here you will also find 1 more bathroom, which is also decorated in a traditional style so you will feel like a local at all times.



In the villa's garden there is a covered area with garden furniture that you can use for relaxing and socializing during long summer nights. There is also an outdoor fireplace with an additional table made of stone which is the perfect place to show off your barbecue skills. During hot summer days, you can find refreshment in the pool of the villa with a total area of 24 m2 and there is also a sunbathing area with deck chairs where you can relax while soaking up the sun.



If you are staying with children, they will have enough space to play carefree in the fenced garden of the villa, and the abundance of greenery and the Mediterranean environment will provide you with a pleasant place to stay in nature. Your furry friends are also welcome in this villa, and there is a private parking lot with facilities for charging electric cars.



The villa is located in the immediate vicinity of the artist town of Grožnjan, which is definitely a must-see. Here you can enjoy a relaxed walk, and thanks to numerous artistic events, everyone will find something for themselves. Be sure to visit one of the many Istrian taverns and restaurants in the area and try Istrian specialties such as truffles or boškarin. Spice it all up with a good drop of Istrian wine. Numerous other destinations on the western Istrian coast such as Rovinj, Poreč or Umag are easily accessible, where you will find plenty of opportunities for fun or swimming on well-kept beaches.
