Stunning Pine Mountain Lake Chalet is the perfect place to relax and unwind. It is more of a home away from home. It's only 23 miles from the entrance to Yosemite Park. This is a gated community (entrance fee is per car, see Rental Agreement for fee). The home is semi private on one acre and 1.2 miles from the marina. The community offers many activities which include a golf course, pool, shooting and archery range, equestrian center, marina (boat and kayak rental) and tennis or pickle ball courts. Check at the front gate for specific fees that apply.

Take a relaxing stroll along the lake, walking distance to trails and the lake.

The great room is very large with an open concept that includes the kitchen, living room and dining room and has bamboo floors, vaulted ceilings with lots of windows and 2 sets of French doors that let in natural sunlight. Relax on the large leather sofa and over sized chair with ottoman, read a book across from the fireplace for that calming ambiance or enjoy family time watching a movie on the 65" flat screen smart tv that offers Netflix, Paramount +, Hulu, Disney +, HBO MAX and Peacock.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and has a gas cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator with water/ice dispenser. There is a 4 slice stainless steel toaster and Vitamix blender. The coffee station just off the kitchen offers a traditional Black and Decker coffee maker as well as a Keurig, pour over and a French press . The dining area has seating for 6. There is plenty of space to enjoy board games or to work on a puzzle. If you can’t unplug, the home does have wireless internet service and offers good cell phone reception.

The chalet offers 3 bedrooms with well-appointed sleeping for 6 (a 7th guest is allowed at an additional fee per night, see Rental Agreement) There is also a full size air mattress available upon request for the 7th guest, which is considered the 4th bed. It is easily accessible along with the linens. All linens are high quality cotton. The primary bedroom is on the main level and has a king size bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, 2 large closets and an ensuite that is stocked with plush towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are on the lower level (please be mindful of the stairs); 2nd bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, dresser, 2 nightstands and a large closet and is connected to a Jack and Jill bathroom that offers shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The 3rd bedroom has a queen size Murphy bed with large closets and also serves as a 2nd living room with a 55 inch smart tv. ***Please be mindful of the stairs***

The partially covered deck is a great place to relax from a days' adventure, or to enjoy the serenity of the surroundings which include beautiful manzanita trees and evergreens and abundant wildlife such as deer, turkey, quail, eagles,
and fox. There are 2 outdoor dining tables that offer seating for a total of 8. There is also a stainless steel propane BBQ with a side burner. There are 4 Adirondack chairs for relaxing are around the propane fire pit just off the deck.

Pine Mountain Lake Chalet is the perfect location to relax, explore, and enjoy the many amenities.

Ring security camera covers the driveway and parking area. No other cameras are located inside or outside the premises so you can enjoy the privacy you deserve.

While traveling, it is often difficult to anticipate what the accommodations will consist of when you arrive. At Pine Mountain Lake Chalet every effort has been made to provide an inviting and relaxing “home away from home”. I have not skimped during the process of supplying the home with sundries, kitchen/ household items, appliances, and cookware. The home is meticulously cleaned and all bedding is laundered between bookings. You can feel confident that every effort will be made to make sure your stay is a pleasant and safe experience! No smoking allowed on the premises.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
This is a gated community, so before your arrival you will be asked to provide me with your details for registration, in order to enter the community gate. Please note that there is a fee (per car) Guest Permit fee to access the community, roadways, and ammenities. Please see Rental Agreement for the cost of the fee. You will need to pay this at the gate once you arrive. This permit is good for up to 7 days. This is a community policy and out of our control.

**Please read all rules when booking to avoid additional charges**

-Please be respectful of neighbors. Voices and noises do carry. No loud music, parties, events, or large gatherings.

-No excessive noise. Quiet hours are between 9PM and 8AM. If the police are called or any complaints are received you will be asked to leave the property without any kind of refund.

-Any form of smoking is completely prohibited inside or outside, anywhere on the property. Any sign of smoking will result in a penalty fee of $750.00.

-None of the following are allowed inside or outside of the premises. You will be charged an extra cleaning fee if found in violation of this rule.

-Only verified booked guests allowed inside or outside the premises at any given time without prior written permission.
Any undisclosed guest will be charged $150.00 per night for each additional guest. NO MORE THAN 7 GUESTS PERMITTED ON THE PREMISES AT ANY GIVEN TIME. The 7th guest will be permitted upon request for an additional $100 per night.

-We make every effort to keep our home in great working order. No compensation will be given for temporary outage of power (PG&E has the authority to turn off power during what they deem as High Fire Danger), gas, water, cable, or internet. We have no control of the operation or maintenance of these utilities. We will attempt to repair or replace anything that is not working as quickly as possible. There are flashlights, lanterns, games and of course, the beauty of nature in the community to enjoy.
