Work your magic as light streams in from the skylight, and feel free to serve appetizers at the extra-long breakfast bar with seating for four. In the evenings, guests of all ages will love spending time in the garage, which has been converted into a game room with a ping-pong table and a poker table.

This home is within a gated community that requires a $50 access fee, payable to the HOA at check-in. The fee is valid for stays up to seven days and is subject to change without notice.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: This home has one camera on front door facing driveway not inside home. This room also has a camera on left side of home facing towards the driveway not on the back deck.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
