The Space:
This grand, recently furnished home offers spaces for everyone to gather, as well as quiet nooks for intimate conversations. The "Grand Game Room" features a pool table, big-screen TV, board game table, and a separate video gaming area. On the front side of the house, a spacious living room, separate TV room, and large semi-formal dining room awaits. Enjoy a gentle breeze on the roomy screened porch, overlooking Ledge Lighthouse, situated just off the dining room and next to the outdoor barbeque.

The fully-equipped kitchen is complemented by a walk-in pantry and an additional dining area for 8-10 guests. All bedrooms are located on the second floor, furnished with comfy mattresses and blackout blinds for your comfort. Three king bedrooms are situated near the grand center staircase, each featuring an Avocado brand mattress. A separate apartment above the Grand Game Room houses a queen bed, a twin bedroom, a kitchenette, a full bathroom, and a separate dining/TV area – perfect for a family of four.

The home's unique "tower room" offers stunning 360-degree views and is the perfect spot to read, converse, work, or play. The vast backyard lawn is ideal for outdoor games such as croquet, frisbee golf, bocce ball, or soccer. Rainy days won't stop the fun, as the large covered porch is perfect for a game of corn hole.

Other Things to Note:
This home is in a quiet residential neighborhood and is not suited for large events.
To stay in line with local zoning rules and be considerate of our neighbors, we don’t allow parties, tent rentals, or large gatherings. That said, you're welcome to enjoy small outdoor get-togethers with up to 30 people. We simply ask that guests keep noise to a respectful level, especially during quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
