In just 10 minutes by car, you’ll reach some of the most beautiful beaches of Curaçao. The villa is located in the cozy and beloved neighborhood of Harmonie, near ‘Grote Berg’. Within walking distance, you’ll find various nice restaurants and cafes.

Spacious plot and plenty of parking
The property of Villa Milamor is 700m² in size, fully fenced, and accessible via an automatic gate. There is plenty of parking space for multiple cars at the front. The villa itself offers 155m² of living space.

**Comfortable and luxurious interior**
Upon entering, you’ll be welcomed into the tastefully decorated living room with a comfortable lounge sofa and smart TV. Adjacent is the spacious kitchen, fully equipped with a cooking island and all modern appliances, such as an American refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave oven. From the living room, you can step directly onto the covered terrace, where there is a comfortable lounge set with a view of the garden and the large swimming pool.
The villa is fully equipped with amenities, including free wifi, air conditioning in all rooms, Queen-size beds in all three bedrooms, a washing machine, a dryer, and more.

House rules:
- Check-in is at 16:00, and check-out is at 10:00.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- Free parking is available on the property.
- A dishwasher and washing machine are provided for your use.
- Pets are not allowed in the property.
- We ask you to transfer a deposit of 600 euros 14 days before arrival. This will be used to cover the costs of water and electricity usage, and will be settled within 7 days after your departure. The property manager will check the meter readings before and after your stay.
