The private garden is made of the characteristic Mediterranean vegetation full of olive threes, please note that the property is surrounded by high hedgerows in order to give guest full of privacy spearing the villa from the other properties of the Estate. The garden is divided into different terraces offering some amazing view of the Chianti with the hills and wineries. There is a private infinity swimming pool of 6x18 mt equipped with elegant sunlounges facing the valley. The building is a modern style house developing in two floors, the main entrance leads to the large living room equipped with elegant sofas, a large dining room with table for 14, a billiard room, and a fully equipped kitchen with all amenities needed seven burns stove, double electric oven, fridge with ice maker, dishwasher, kitchen faces the outside equipped patio. On same floor there are three double bedrooms all with ensuite bathroom, one of the room has a free standing jacuzzi tub; still on ground floor is the service bathroom.
On the upper floor there are the other 4 double bedrooms all with private bathroom with shower. The villa is fully air conditioned, there is wifi, flat screen satellite TV, Billiard, BBQ, parking space, laundry room

Check-in: from 04.00 pm to 07.00 pm

Security deposit (Refundable):
Security deposit: € 1500.00 to be paid in cash upon arrival. It will be returned upon departure less any damage or unpaid fees.
