Part of the Villas Il Paradiso estate, Villa Bellaflore is a tastefully restored old farmhouse surrounded by vineyards and olive groves.

It is possible to rent the other two properties on the estate (Villa Mia e Villa Bacci) so that a party of up to 37 people can comfortably stay here. Please note that high hedgerows divide the outdoor spaces of the villas. Windows and gates are positioned in order to avoid any kind of privacy limitation. On its own, Villa Bellaflore can sleep 14 people easily thanks to its 7 luxurious bedrooms.

The property has only recently undergone extensive restoration to bring the 17th-century farmhouse up to date. For those that can manage to drag themselves away from the beautiful villa and want to explore the rest of Tuscany, Florence and Siena are just a short drive away. These cities are an art lover’s dream but are such interesting historical cities that even those who do not love art will enjoy a trip here.

The villa can be accessed from the main road via a private path.

Villa Bellaflore has two outdoor private pools with stunning views of the garden and the olive trees: an above ground pool (3.5x11 m, 1.10 m depth, 1.30 m height) and a small pool with a Jacuzzi (6x6 m, 0.70 m depth), both open from April till October.

There are different ways to access the villa. The main entrance is on the second level. From the garden, there is the access to the main entrance hall that leads to two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms (one with a shower, one with a bathtub).

There is also a fully equipped kitchen: a seven-burner cooker, a large fridge, a dishwasher and an ice maker. From here a patio with a dining area can be reached. The patio has a table and chairs for all the guests of the villa.

On the same level there is also the master bedroom that has a free-standing Jacuzzi bathtub and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.

A short staircase leads to the lower floor where there is an indoor heated pool (heating included from May to October, max 28°/29°C; during other months heating is available on request, for a fee) with relaxing lights, a small bar and a lounge area. On the same level there is also one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and access to the garden.

The third level can be reached via steps from the garden and indoors.

On the third level there is a living area divided in three: an area with a sofa, a table and a small electric stove with a fridge; two living areas with sofas and fireplace. On this level there are other two bedrooms each one with en-suite bathroom with shower.

From the entrance hall, a few stairs up lead to the fourth floor where there is a beautiful living room, the turret, where there is the seventh double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.

The house consists of 4 levels plus the turret. There are different accesses to the villa: the main doorway can be considered the one on second level.

SECOND FLOOR
• Bedroom and bathroom 1 – Queen-size bed and en suite bathroom fitted with a shower.
• Bedroom and bathroom 2 - Queen-size bed and en suite bathroom fitted with a bathtub.
• Bedroom and bathroom 3 - Queen-size bed and en suite bathroom and jacuzzi bathtub and shower.

LOWER FLOOR (a short flight of steps led you down to the lower floor)

• Bedroom and bathroom 4 - Queen-size bed and en suite bathroom fitted with a shower.

THIRD FLOOR (reachable from the garden or through an internal staircase)

• Bedroom and bathroom 5 - Queen-size bed and en suite bathroom fitted with a shower.
• Bedroom and bathroom 6 - Queen-size bed and en suite bathroom fitted with a shower.

FOURTH FLOOR (from the entrance hall coming up through a short staircase you'll lead the 4th level where is a small living room and then you’ll come up in the turret where there is the last bedroom)

• Bedroom and bathroom 7 - Queen-size bed and en suite bathroom fitted with a shower.

NB Four bedrooms can be converted into twin-size beds upon request.

Villa Bellaflore is conveniently located in the heart of Chianti. It has stunning views of the surrounding vineyards, but also provides these benefits:

• Florence airport is just under 50 km away
What you should know before renting Villa Bellaflore:
• The summer can be exceptionally hot during the day. However, there is air conditioning for guests’ comfort.
• Private parking is available on site for those that want to rent a car to explore the wider area.
• Tuscany is one of the most beautiful parts of Italy. Helicopter rides can be arranged to view it from up high.
• The vineyards and wineries of Chianti are well worth a trip from the house.
