Ancienne villa de campagne du XVIIÚme siÚcle entourée par les collines du Chianti, entiÚrement restaurée en préservant ses caractéristiques tout en incorporant tous les conforts d'une maison moderne.
La propriété est divisée en 6 appartements confortables (dont 1 est occupé par le propriétaire) meublés dans le style rustique typique des maisons de campagne en Toscane. Chaque appartement dispose d'un espace extérieur privé et équipé pour les repas en plein air.
Située au milieu d'hectares d'oliveraies, la villa offre à ses hÎtes la possibilité de faire de longues promenades paisibles dans le cadre apaisant de la campagne. Pour celles et ceux qui souhaitent visiter des destinations touristiques, nos villes d'art telles que Florence, Sienne et San Gimignano sont facilement accessibles.
Vous pourrez Ă©galement vous dĂ©tendre dans le jardin ou piquer une tĂȘte dans la piscine.

Really quiet and comfortable area on the hills above San Polo. From the terrace you can enjoy a great view on the tuscany hills. The appartment was cozy, well equipped and offered anything needed to cook dinners and relax, we especilly enjoyed the fireplace. The road from San Polo to the villa is quite steep, so getting around by car is recommended. Stefano was very friendly during check-in/-out and was available via phone in case of questions. He has really good wine to offer, you should try that one!

Mir fehlen die Worte

Wir hatten/haben enorme Probleme mit der Unterkunft und der Vermittlungsfirma Easy Reserve. Die Unterkunft roch sehr stark nach altem Rauch und Urin, sodass wir dort nicht eine Nacht bleiben wollten. Wir kontaktierten direkt die Vermittlungsfirma, welche uns bat Kontakt mit dem Vermieter aufzunehmen. Dieser sagt nur, so ist die Wohnung; da kann man nichts machen. Ein erneuter Anruf bei der Vermittlungsfirma half uns leider auch nicht. Auch auf den Wunsch, gemeinsam mit dem Vermieter den Geruch zu erschnuppern ließen wir uns nicht mehr ein. Als sei man ein Kind was nicht ernst zu nehmen sei. Bis heute haben wir nicht einen Cent erstattet bekommen. Ich rate jedem von der Vermittlungsfirma ab. Wir mussten unseren Urlaub vorzeitig beenden.

Wir verbrachten eine Woche in der Ferienwohnung "Rustico". Diese befindet sich im Erdgeschoss der Villa Panzalla. Die Ferienwohnung eignet sich perfekt fĂŒr 2 Personen: im Eingangsbereich befindet sich eine sehr gut ausgestattete WohnkĂŒche mit Gasherd und allem was man benötigt. Das Schlafzimmer ist ist gerĂ€umig und besticht durch seine geschmackvoll-rustikale Ausstattung. Die Gartenanlage ist in einem guten Zustand - ĂŒberall findet man liebevoll bepflanzte Schalen, OlivenbĂ€umchen, Zypressen. Auch der Pool, welcher von allen GĂ€sten genutzt wird, befindet sich im Garten. Der Ausblick vom Pool auf das Chianti ist atemberaubend. Tipp: eignet sich besonders bei Sonnenuntergang. Stefano, der EigentĂŒmer/Gastgeber/Koch hat uns herzlich empfangen und hatte bei Fragen immer ein offenes Ohr. Besonders zu empfehlen ist ein Abendessen bei Stefano in der Villa Fabbroni (ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß) freitags, samstags oder sonntags. Dort kann man erstklassige italienische KĂŒche inmitten einer atemberaubenden Landschaftskulisse genießen. Alles in allem eignet sich ein Aufenthalt in der Villa Panzalla besonders fĂŒr ruhesuchende GĂ€ste, die die ursprĂŒnglichkeit der Toskana und die Gastfreundschaft der Menschen zu schĂ€tzen wissen. Die Lage ist auch ideal fĂŒr weitere AusflĂŒge (Florenz / Siena / Greve in Chianti...). Allerdings sollte man schmerzfrei sein, was die Auffahrt zur Villa angeht (ca. 3 km auf Schotterpiste). Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Toller Urlaub mit ein paar Abstrichen

Also wir fanden es unterm Strich toll. Die Anlage ist fein und der Pool bzw. der Ausblick dort sind Hammer. Als Mieter des Apartments "Rustico" hatten wir aber GlĂŒck, denn die Nachbarn im großen Apartment ober uns, die dann Gott sei Dank aber bald abgereist sind, hat man schon extrem laut gehört - sowohl auf der Terrasse als auch im Haus. Eine Woche hĂ€tten wir die nur schwer ausgehalten. Das "Rustico" ist absolut in Ordnung, wengleich nicht ganz so hell und freundlich wie auf den Bildern hier. Eine etwas grĂ¶ĂŸeres Sofa wĂ€re vielleicht nicht schlecht, aber gut, hierfĂŒr fehlt vermutlich der Platz (und man hĂ€lt sich ohnedies fast nur draußen auf). Das Internet - sowohl WLAN als auch das eigene ("Roaming") - funktioniert im Grunde nur auf der Terrasse. Im Bett noch ein paar Minuten surfen vor dem Schlafengehen, spielt's somit eher nicht. Muss ja nicht sein. All jene, die großen Wert auf ein sauberes Auto legen, sollten sich auch nicht fĂŒr ein Apartment in diesem Anwesen entscheiden. Die letzten fĂŒnf Minuten sind auf einer staubigen, nicht-asphaltierten Straße zu absolvieren. Uns war das im Grunde egal, aber die Karre sah schon ziemlich heftig aus. ;-) Wir hatten große Angst vor den Gelsen/StechmĂŒcken. Sie waren da, aber nicht extrem nervig. Aber gut, schon möglich, dass die Situation im Hochsommer/September eine etwas andere ist, wir waren ja Ende Juni vor Ort. Trotzdem: Unterm Strich ein toller Urlaub dort. Vielen Dank!!!

Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Als Nachteil haben wir den Weg empfunden. Es fĂŒhrt eine enger und staubiger Schotterweg dorthin, nichts fĂŒr Ă€ngstliche Autofahrer. Der gelbe, feine Staub lagert sich in und auf dem Auto ab. Die Wohnung Rustica ist fĂŒr 2 Personen gut geeignet. Eine dritte Person muss auf einem Klappsofa in der WohnkĂŒche schlafen, was auch aufgrund des lauten KĂŒhlschrankes ungemĂŒtlich ist. Die Ausstattung ist normal. Von der Terasse aus hat man einen wundervollen Blick ĂŒber Olivenhaine und WĂ€lder. Der Pool ist schnell erreichbar. Ein Nachteil ist die Hellhörigkeit des alten Hauses. SĂ€mtliche GerĂ€usche aus den darĂŒber liegenden Wohnungen sind laut und deutlich zu hören, so dass lĂ€nger schlafen nur möglich ist, wenn die anderen GĂ€ste auch lĂ€nger schlafen. Auf dem Hof können Brot, alkoholische GetrĂ€nke und GemĂŒse bzw. Obst aus dem Garten erworben werden. Obst und GemĂŒse gibt es frei. Das zum Hof gehörende Restaurant ist an drei Tagen pro Woche geöffnet und bietet ein leckeres Menue bzw. Pizza an. Beides sehr empfehlenswert. Den hauseigenen Wein sollte man auf keinen Fall auslassen. Da viele Familien mit Kindern anwesend waren, war der Aufenthalt fĂŒr Kinder ein VergnĂŒgen. Sie knĂŒpften Kontakte und hatten viel Spaß. Wir erlebten eine Mischung unterschiedlicher NationalitĂ€ten, was fĂŒr die Kinder auch sehr spannend war. Auch muss man sich auf Insekten einstellen ( Hornissen, Wespen, Bremsen, MĂŒcken) und das auch am Pool und am Haus.

Review for stay from 10 April 2010 to 17 April 2010

The villa is located on the top of a hill in the south of Florence (20km). The view is very good and the place is very silent. A car is necessary. Owners are very helpful and add additional services like bread in the morning or selfmade Pizza. The appartment itself can become very cold in the night (I was there in April) and so it is necessary to use the fireplace. This is very romantic but is also connected with the smell of fire and ash. Dont wear your good cloth. The kitchen/dining area/living room is functional. Only the couch is old and not relaxing anymore. When the weather is beautiful and you dont expect luxury you can have a beautiful stay there. If the weather is not good you are very limited but Florence is not far away and you can visit all the museums.
