AMORE RENTALS - Villa Mia with Private Pool, Garden, Terraces and Parking

Part of the Villas Il Paradiso estate, Villa Mia is a tastefully restored property surrounded by vineyards and olive groves.

Villa Mia is set within the 20-acre grounds of Villas Il Paradiso, and it has its own outdoor private pool and a private garden. It is possible to rent the other two properties on the estate (Villa Bacci e Villa Bellaflore) so that a party of up to 37 people can comfortably stay here. Please note that high hedgerows divide the outdoor spaces of the villas.

Windows and gates are positioned in order to avoid any kind of privacy limitation. On its own, Villa Mia can sleep 14 people easily thanks to its 7 luxurious bedrooms.
For those that can manage to drag themselves away from the beautiful villa and want to explore the rest of Tuscany, Florence, Siena and San Gimignano are just about one hour drive. These cities are an art lover’s dream but are such interesting historical cities that even those who do not love art will enjoy a trip here.

The villa is in Panzano in Chianti, where you will find shops, wineries and restaurants.

Access to the villa is from the main road via a private path.

On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with a seven-burner cooker, double oven, large fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, ice maker. On the ground floor there are also a spacious living room, dining room, billiard room and guest bathroom. A French door gives the access to a large patio with an al fresco dining area. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor where there are four double bedrooms (three of the bedrooms can be converted into twin beds), each one with ensuite bathroom with a shower.

The house consists of 2 levels. There are different accesses to the villa. The main access is from the garden and leads to the ground floor. Three of the bedrooms are on the ground floor. Each one has the ensuite bathroom with shower. One of the bathrooms has a free-standing Jacuzzi tub.

• Bedroom and bathroom 2 - Queen-size bed and en suite bathroom fitted with a shower and jacuzzi bathtub

NB. Three bedrooms can be converted into twin-size beds upon request.

Villa Mia is set in the heart of the Chianti wine region. As a result, it is possible to reach the following sites and attractions easily:
• Panzano in Chianti, a small village is just 900 m from the villa with the shops and restaurants
• The larger town of Greve in Chianti is 10 km away and Castellina in Chianti is 15 km away
• Siena is only 42 km away.
• Just a little further is the world-famous city of Florence, which is a 35 km away
• Florence airport is about 46 km away
Other considerations to bear in mind before renting Villa Mia:
• The villa is in the perfect location to explore the local vineyards and wineries
• There are other famous villages to visit for art enthusiasts other than Florence and Siena. Monteriggioni, San Gimignano, Castellina and Radda are all nearby.
• The summer months can be very warm, but those looking to come in the winter should be aware the pool is unheated.
• Hiring a car to make day trips around Tuscany is recommended, and there is private parking on site.
• Small events (EXTERNAL CATERING NOT PERMITTED).
