Set on one of the highest points in the Bahamas, you will wake to a stunning sunrise over the sea. Enjoy a serene breakfast on the house-spanning Wave Deck while watching the deep blue rolling waves of the Atlantic. Every evening brings a new Caribbean sunset over the turquoise water. Take a walk to the ocean cliffs on the private lane while watching for banana holes, coconut palms, butterflies, flowers, and hummingbirds.

Surfer's Beach, one mile away on the Atlantic, is a spectacular pink-sand beach, much loved by both surfers and beach-goers. If you prefer calm water, 10 minutes away is stunning Gaulding Cay Beach on the Caribbean side.

The first floor of Sephora has three themed bedrooms, two full baths and a family room:

The Surf Shack suite has a queen bed, an ocean view, and an ensuite full bath with a turquoise theme and large walk-in shower.

The Queen Conch bedroom has a queen bed, a partial ocean view, and a pink/coral theme.

The Sea Glass bedroom has a queen bed, an ocean view, and a blue theme.

The Sea Glass and Queen Conch rooms have easy access to a full bath immediately off the family room.

The first-floor family room has a 60" curved smart TV, sofa and chairs. This TV also has Google Chromecast, Nintendo Wii and a Blu-Ray player. Step out through the sliding glass door to the pool and ocean-view wrap-around lower deck.

From the family room, ascend to the upper level via the Glass Stairwell, lit by magical blue, turquoise, and pink glass blocks.

The second floor of Sephora houses the main living areas and the master bedroom suite.

The Sephora Suite (master) has a queen bed, a full ensuite bath, and sweeping ocean views. It has direct access through a sliding glass door to the upper wrap-around deck.

The great room features an 18-foot vaulted ceiling and stunning ocean views throughout. The modern chef's kitchen, finished in stainless steel and polished concrete counters, is fully equipped with a refrigerator, range, oven, microwave, garbage disposal, and a large island with barstool seating. The dining table seats six to eight comfortably with a lovely ocean view. The living area features a 55" curved smart TV, a sofa, and more ocean views. The upstairs TV also has Apple TV and Google Chromecast. This floor has a laundry room with a washer and dryer.

Step outside through the multiple sliders and enjoy the Wave Deck with stunning views of the Atlantic, furnished with four Adirondack “chill” chairs. The deck wraps around the house to the west side Caribbean deck. This deck is partially covered for shaded outdoor dining and partially uncovered for sunning and stargazing. It is furnished with a dining table that seats six and with two acacia loungers for sunbathing and stargazing.

Décor at Sephora includes solid white oak doors, textured & sealed concrete walls & floors, with contrasting colors throughout (flowing white drapes, bright artwork and rugs, and warm, natural material furniture).

Amenities at Sephora include gated entry with two security cameras, super-fast Starlink internet, Nintendo Wii, Google Chromecast, Blu-Ray player, Apple TV, fans and AC in every room, Google Home speaker sound, whole-home UV multi-stage water filter system, luxuriant Brooklinen bedding, a full solar array for uninterrupted power, and an outdoor shower.
