Tucked away on a peaceful street, this new modern apartment occupies the entire top floor and attic of a charming home.
Unwind in the cozy living room, featuring a large 4K TV and an electric fireplaceâideal for relaxing evenings. Step outside to enjoy the deck just off the living room, perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks while taking in stunning sunsets.
Close to local restaurants, parks, train stations, and all that Greenwich has to offerâconvenience and charm, all in one place.
The property has a private driveway with off-street parking for 2 cars and also has an EV charger!
Get to everything you needâshops, restaurants, parks, the beach, the library, and more are all nearby. Our place is just a 15-minute walk to scenic Byram Beach.
Need to get to NYC? The train station is just over a mile away, easy for a day trip or commute. Prefer to stay local? Greenwich Avenue, with its upscale shops and fantastic dining, is only 5 minutes by car. Rye Playlandâs charming amusement park and beach are just 10 minutes away for a fun outing.
