Our home is located in the Byram section of Greenwich, a walkable part of town with restaurants, shops and other conveniences within just a few blocks.

Before you arrive we'll send you an access code to the front door via text message.

The house is just 2 minutes off 95 (exit 2) and less than a 5 min drive to the Port Chester Metro North Train Station to get to NYC in under an hour.

Because of the fire pit in the back yard, we request that you sign a liability waiver before check-in.

Host requires guests to be 25 years of age or above and reserves the right to request a copy of all guests photo ID’s. In certain situations, a security deposit may be requested.

Note about pets - We have allergies in our family and keep our home pet free. By law, we have to accommodate service animals however, guests must inform host about any service animals accompanying them during their stay and must send their ADA registered service animal certificate prior to check-in. An additional $200 cleaning fee will also be assessed in order for the house to be deep cleaned post stay.
