Visiting Greenville for business or pleasure? Look no further! The quiet comfort of this beautiful home, nestled in one of the best locations in Greenville, is everything you need. Situated between Woodruff Rd and Verdae Blvd, you'll find yourself just minutes away from the finest restaurants, shopping, and activities, all while enjoying a serene neighborhood adorned with 200-year-old trees.

This recently and beautifully renovated home features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king bed and an en-suite bathroom with stunning marble tile and granite countertops. The other two bedrooms, each with queen-size beds, share a fully tiled hall bathroom with granite countertops. The living room invites guests to relax and unwind, whether enjoying each other's company or stretching out in a spacious yet cozy space.

You'll have access to a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a large pantry, and a modern washer and dryer. The backyard is a true highlight, fully enclosed with a large deck and patio furniture, perfect for enjoying beautiful summer days. It's also a paradise for kids, featuring a large Rainbow playset. Many guests have noted the backyard as one of the most inviting features of this property.

We really enjoyed our time here! Had our dogs and the outdoor area was so much fun for them and also fun for us to watch them run around and play. The layout of the house was perfect and so very nicely decorated! We would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay

The location was excellent for us. The house is being worked on so the things that we noticed will be better making another stay more enjoyable. The communication is good and I feel like they wanted us to enjoy our stay. I will probably stay again in hopes all has been fixed.

Location was great - close to many dining, shopping and transportation opportunities. House was comfortable and clean. Neighborhood is in transition, so some houses were well taken care of and some were not. We felt safe walking during the day. When I contacted the property manager with a few questions they were prompt at responding. Check in and check out was easy.

Greenville SC trip!

What a great home to stay in!! The location is just perfect. We’re from a small town in Georgia so Walmart delivery and DoorDash were definitely used! Did I order delivery from Crumbl Cookies? Why, yes, I did! And they were delicious. The cookies were literally still warm when we received the order. That’s how convenient this home was! Would stay again if ever in the area.

Owner communication was very good.Location is near anything you may need.Had a Christmas tree which was a nice surprise.Beds were good, but the furniture in rest of home needs an upgrade.New blinds needed on back slider door.Older neighborhood, but seemed safe.

There are over a hundred 5 star reviews for a reason. The communication with the management company is the best I have ever seen via VRBO. We had no issues with cooking meals (breakfast each day, we had spaghetti one night for dinner, then chicken soup and a pot roast the last night. The location is very convenient with many shops and restaurants nearby and it is about a 10 minute ride to downtown Greenville. The bathrooms were clean and the beds very comfy. We have stayed in Greenville in the past, but always downtown
we can now stay here and save hundreds in rental, cleaning and admin fees. The one thing that was hard to describe is the home had a really good vibe. It felt like there was a lot in love in the home.

Great Greenville Getaway

This house is a hidden gem. It is 10-15 minutes from so much that Greenville has to offer (downtown, airport, shopping), Travelers Rest and other local attractions. The property is beautiful and well-kept. The management group is incredibly responsive if you have questions, and they are a pleasure to interact with. The property is excellent for families. We will stay here again.

Cozy house, convenient location

My family is considering Greenville as a possible relocation spot and this house was in a very convenient location for us to be able to jump on the main highways and take off exploring. The house is cozy and well decorated. Had everything we needed for our stay. It was a very quiet neighborhood which was appreciated after long days on the road. Communication with the owner was very easy. The only thing I will note is if you’re traveling with seniors - which we were - some of the furniture was a challenge for them and their mobility, arthritis issues (soft low couch, hard metal dining chairs and backless island stools). My husband and I managed with them fine, but something to keep in mind if there are older people in your traveling party. Other than that it was a great stay!

Family Fun at The Happy Bungalow

We loved the big comfortable couch and the private backyard all fenced in with a beautiful deck & playground. There are extra tri fold mattresses if we needed them. All the appliances we could want. Quiet neighborhood with a park to walk around just down the street. We would definitely stay here again!
