The first room had not been cleaned from the previous guests. After a wait we were assigned another room. At 10:40 pm someone tried to enter our room because they were assigned the same room. The safety chain/device was missing, but the people heard the television and knocked.
The room seemed like it was not cleaned at all. There was trash on the ground, toilet was gross, makeup on the counter. Staff wasnt very friendly or helpful with the situation. Spend a bit more and go to Holiday inn.
Yeah, breakfast was out there, but it was sparse and it wasnât hardly any of it because the staff of people from the outside come and eat it you canât expect to have enough food when your homeboy are coming in making themselves a plate
My family and I came to Mississippi for a funeral.
There werenât many options for hotels in the area so we selected Quality Inn.
This turned out to be a terrible option.
The room didnât smell good.
The bathroom was terrible. The first room I had I couldnât turn on the shower and the bathtub was disgusting. The toilet was yellow stained as well.
Then they switched my room and it turns out all the bathtubs look this way.
The tub floor was brown stained and the plaster was bubbling up. I had to put a towel in the bathtub to stand on while I took my shower. I even asked housekeeping for disinfectant cleaner to clean the tub myself it was so nasty.
If I was able to get a room at another hotel I wouldâve because this was terrible.
I really would like a refund because itâs no way I paid that much to stay at this hotel.
It was terrible
Never again
I felt like I was staying at an hourly stay motel.
Oh and letâs not forget the remote control for the tv didnât work. And it was tapped up.
My cousins remote control didnât work in her room either. We had to go to the cable box and manually change the channels.
Then with the continental breakfast they had a man who was in painter clothes bringing out the food.
Refund me please!!!!
The front desk staff was nice room wasnât so good housekeepers didnât give me clean towels garbage bags they was out toilet barely flushed only Stayed two outta three nights cause it was that bad couldve been cleaned better shower wall had cracks in it but front desk staff was very helpful
The elevator was out and we had only 1 set of towels in a double bed room. Only pork sausages served for breakfast. I donât eat pork and would have liked some turkey sausage.
We highly recommend this hotel! Our room was clean, tidy, and spacious. Bed was comfortable and offered uninterrupted sleep, Bed and bath linens were clean and towels were fluffy. The breakfast bar offered a variety of hot and cold options with plenty of comfortable seating. The serving area was especially clean and well maintained. Vanessa was the front desk agent during our stay and she is a stellar employee. Her in-person and phone manner is exceptional. She offers assistance with courtesy, friendliness, and professionalism. She is among the best to have ever served us. We are more than satisfied with our experience at Quality Inn. Thank you very much!
The staff were friendly. But from the time I walked in and was told that the first floor of the hotel flooded I knew there was going to be a problem. When I got my alternate room, I could see it hadnât been used for some time. The carpet had yellowing-brown and red stains. The mirrors were dirty. In the bathroom there were no towels. We had to ask for the refrigerator that was supposed to come with the room. We were told they were short on refrigerators, so they had to go to an empty room to get one from there. The manager of the hotel is also the maintenance guy. The so called hot breakfast, I wouldnât even bother. If I were the owner I would take that off the advertisement. The elevator constantly smelt like marijuana and the phone was broken. This place really need some cleaning up.
