Mid Century Modern Apartment w/ a pool!

Enjoy being just 5 minutes away from the award-winning Downtown Greenville at this comfortable loft apartment. With access to the campus pool, fitness center, outdoor grill, common areas, and entertainment venues, there is plenty to enjoy.

The apartment includes a fully stocked kitchen, living room, dining area, bedroom, and bathroom. We have strong wi-fi and a Roku TV preloaded with all the streaming apps (just bring your log-ins)

The unit has an open concept which is a mix between a studio and a one bedroom apartment. The bedroom is a private space with a door at the entrance, but the walls do not extend fully to the ceiling.

The common spaces in the building are available for guests to use, including a fitness center, outdoor pool, game room, and small offices for remote work. Steps away on the campus are other businesses to enjoy;

-Magnetic South Brewery; a local brewery with good beer, good food, and good people.

-Stumpy's Hatchet House; a hatchet throwing venue

-Feed & Seed; a local food innovation hub with a café and grocery store

-The Foundry; a live music venue

This unit is family-friendly, just let us know what ages to expect and we will make sure you have the supplies you need.

Guests will access the apartment with a code. There will be a keyfob that you'll use to get around the campus and access the building.

Guests can park for free outside or inside a gated fence. We do provide a luggage cart to help you get your belongings to your apartment. We do ask that you return the cart to it's home by the apartment. Upon booking, we ask all guests to fill out a short questionnaire to help us make your stay more personalized. As we are within a larger complex, we ask for this to be completed before your stay for security of the property and other residents.

This unit is owned and operated by High Spirits Overnight, a division of High Spirits Hospitality. We have 4 apartments at the Judson Mill District available for short term stays. You can reach us anytime you need something and we are happy to help where we can!
