Our condo is on the second story, and climbing stairs is required for entry.
No tampering with the router, ring camera, or smart lock.
Smoking is permitted outdoors provided that all exterior doors and windows are closed and butts are disposed of in a non-flammable container. A fee of $250 will be assessed if evidence of indoor smoking is found.
