Fully renovated, one of a kind house with large indoor cedar wood sauna and outdoor hot tub. Perfectly suited for small parties or weekend retreats for family and friends. Has full kitchen including processor and bread maker.

First floor contains living room with propane fireplace and pullout sofa. Full kitchen and a bar counter. Full bathroom with vanity and large sauna.

Second floor has 2 bedrooms with top tier Kingsdown firm pillowtop mattresses and common area (listed as second living room) with 4 stackable single beds. All sleeping (and most of the decorative) pillows filled with duck or goose feathers. Please let us know if allergic so we can provide an alternative filled with finest Chinese polyester.

Although the house sleeps 6 comfortably, it can sleep up to 10, given the downstairs pullout sofa sleeps 2 and upstairs stackables sleep up to 4.

Hot tub is being sanitized and refilled with fresh water for every party in warm (above freezing) months, or once every few weeks in winter months.

Plenty of activities in the area. We are located between 2 marinas. Enjoy boating, kayaking, hiking, fishing (ask us if we can arrange fishing rods and such, and yes we can), archery and other outdoor activities. Then relax by the fire pit or in the sauna or in the hot tub. Or just stretch your legs in front of the fireplace with just the right amount of bourbon on the bottom of your glass.
