We are always available through the app (preferred method) or phone call or text unless is super late.

Quiet community with very nice neighbors and wildlife, fresh air and relaxing

it depends of what are you trying to do, theres an excellent restaurant that's 5 mins away walking, the state park is about the same distance, the lake shop with basic need stuff, bait and camping basics same distance, coffee shop 3 mins walk, couple other bars are about 2 to 3 min drive or about 15 walking. Gas station about 6 mins drive, pharmacy 15min drive

Within this property, you will find two separate cabins, one located on the first floor and another on the second floor. Each cabin offers independent and comfortable living spaces, allowing guests to enjoy privacy and relaxation on both levels of the accommodation.Please note this is a second floor unit, you need to be able to climb stairs
-Respect the house as you would like people to respect your house when they visit you :)

-Absolutely no smoking inside and if you do so outside make sure theres no buds on the ground.

-Please no food left outside and in your cars, only in locked trashcan areas or you will have a zoo in the outside in no time (bears, racoons, birds, you name it...)

-Please wash your dishes.

-Respect quiet time from 11pm to 8am.

-Please make sure your shoes are super clean if you like to keep them on or just leave them by the door.

-If you use the grill please brush the grates after youre done.

_We do not provide charcoal for grill or firewood for firepit, theres plenty of places that sell both very close to the cabin.
