A Wonderful Home for a Getaway!!!

This home was absolutely beautiful with all the modern conveniences. It was a great place for my family to relax and enjoy themselves while we visited my daughter at college. The home was clean and well stocked, and Ted was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommended!

Amazing property with a modern feel

Ted was very communicative and responsive. The rooms were prepped and the property was very clean. Plenty of TVs for everyone to watch what they wanted. The game room was also a very nice touch. The location is conveniently placed near shops and restaurants as well as the Greensboro Coliseum. We would definitely stay at this property again the next time we are in the area. Bravo Ted!

Wonderful experience in Greensboro!

Our family was attending an event downtown and we needed a convenient place to spend just a couple of nights so we didn’t have to deal with too much traffic or crowds of people. This property was absolutely perfect! The owner was very hospitable and provided excellent communication so that our minds were at ease in a town we were not very familiar with. The accommodations were very clean and provided plenty of space so that all of us were at ease. The description and the photos were spot-on! The neighborhood was nice and quiet — it was absolutely perfect! We would absolutely recommend this anyone interested in a convenient, headache-free getaway!

Wonderful stay in Greensboro

The home was perfect for our foursome golf trip. Each of us had our own bedroom with an adult sized bed and working television! The common areas were perfectly suited for us to watch tv, grill out and enjoy meals. Ample parking and a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay again. Excellent communication from Host as well. An all around wonderful stay!

Quiet Neighborhood Close to Everything

House was great for our family with 2 high schoolers. Very clean and sufficiently stocked. Comfortable beds, comfy couch, lots of counter space in kitchen. Having the outdoor patio space was terrific for enjoying the warm weather while grilling out! We had a great stay!

The Best Ever!

Out of all the vacation rentals we've rented, this is hands down the best so far! The place was very clean, and it felt like home. I don’t want to leeeeeeeave!!!! Very clean and peaceful. The listing does not do this property justice. Very spacious with EVERYTHING needed to feel like home. The beds are almost too comfortable I almost wanted to lounge around all day. Each room feels like your own hotel suite. The property came equipped with any necessities you may have forgotten. I was skeptical about checking in after dawn but the neighborhood is very quiet and safe and the property was well lit. Check in time is 4 but I could not make it before dawn. The owner makes periodic checks to make sure you’re comfortable and have everything you need but not in an overbearing way. We were in town to celebrate our grandmother’s 90th birthday so it was great to have a nearby location to crash that didn’t feel like a stuffy hotel. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY (just not if I need it again :) lol )

This was a nice property. The home has been remodeled and has a modern feel. It was very spacious and clean. The only downside was the kitchen sink was clogged the day we arrived but the owner made us aware and it was fixed the next morning.
