âœč PETS: Up to two dogs are permitted with a $150 pet fee. Each dog must (a) weigh less than 50 lbs, (b) be up-to-date on vaccinations, and (c) have been treated for fleas and ticks within the last 30 days. Please be prepared to share documentation if needed.

âœč RENTAL AGREEMENT: Please note that we do require signature of our rental agreement/liability waiver within 48 hours after booking.

âœč ID VERIFICATION: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

âœč CANCELLATIONS: If you cancel the booking and are entitled to a refund, the refund will be reduced by 4% as we have to pay the credit card processing fees regardless.

We have five (5) actively recording outdoor cameras that records video and audio. One is located at the doorway entry and the other four are pointed at different areas on the front and side of home. No cameras are pointed towards the backyard where people congregate.

Hot tub was off/ at a low temperature when we wanted to use it and it took a few hours to warm up. Other than that the house was big and beautiful the bathrooms were very well done. Outdoor entertainment space was well designed and comfortable.

Amazing Stay!

Our family had an amazing stay at Glass Garden! The home is absolutely gorgeous — modern, bright, and thoughtfully designed. Every room felt high-end, and the decor made it feel like we were in a luxury magazine spread. The kids loved the firepit and board games, while we adults appreciated the chef’s kitchen and amazing hot tub! It was the perfect mix of style, comfort, and family-friendly touches. We'll be staying here next time we're back in the area!
