Wake up to the sound of the ocean at this charming and light-filled 3-bedroom beach house, perfectly positioned to capture stunning coastal views of Bass Strait at the mouth of the Tamar River. The home offers a classic coastal holiday feel with modern comforts, featuring a bright, glass-enclosed living area and a spacious outdoor entertaining deck. With a coastal-themed interior, comfortable leather lounges, and a large, secure yard, this property is the perfect base for families or groups looking to explore the pristine sands of Greens Beach and the natural beauty of the West Tamar region.
The Space
This welcoming beach house is designed for relaxed, comfortable coastal living, with bright, white walls, warm timber accents, and polished hardwood floors throughout the main areas.
Living & Dining: The spacious, open-plan living area features comfortable black leather couches, a large smart TV, and coastal decorative touches. Reverse-cycle air conditioning ensures comfort year-round. The dining area seamlessly connects to both the kitchen and the covered back deck.
Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen features warm timber cabinetry, granite-look benchtops, a full-size fridge, stove, and microwave, perfect for self-catering.
Glassed Viewing Area: The highlight of the home! This brightly lit, glass-enclosed area features large windows with breathtaking coastal views. It is furnished with a comfortable corner lounge, a glass dining table for enjoying meals with a view, and woven hanging chairs, providing a fantastic space to relax regardless of the weather.
Bedrooms: The house comfortably sleeps six guests:
