Workers will remain in the exterior areas and will not enter the main house without permission, except in an emergency.
TROPICAL ENVIRONMENT & MOSQUITO NOTICE
Rosolle Ranch is surrounded by beautiful tropical vegetation. Florida’s warm, subtropical climate naturally attracts mosquitoes, ants, insects, lizards, and iguanas.
We do everything reasonably possible to reduce mosquitoes and insects through regular pest-control treatments, landscaping, property maintenance, and preventative measures. However, completely eliminating mosquitoes in South Florida—especially around tropical vegetation and after rain—is not possible.
Guests should:
• Keep exterior doors and screens closed
• Use insect repellent when spending time outdoors
• Avoid leaving food or drinks uncovered
• Supervise children around wildlife and outdoor areas
Occasional mosquitoes, insects, lizards, or iguanas are a normal part of Florida’s environment and do not indicate that the property is unclean.
