Step back in time to an era of luxury and simplicity with the 1961 House. This 1546 sq. ft. midcentury modern house has it all with a basement rec room and bar, the sunniest sunroom with games and comfortable furniture, and 3 Queen bedrooms. We’re one of only a few rentals who allow pets and the yard is fully fenced so they can enjoy being outside without your worrying.

Near Lambeau Field, close to shops, restaurants, grocery stores, bars, gas stations and the highway. Great place for football fans, families, reunions, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and couples.

NOTE: If you have booked our property and those dates are later announced as a Packer Game or special event, the booking is subject to a pricing adjustment. You will have the opportunity to accept the changes or cancel your booking for a 100% refund. We will never cancel last minute.

We absolutely loved the 1961 house! It was perfect for our weekend away with our huskies! The fenced in yard is long so they had space to run too! The beds were comfy, the house was clean and we just loved the decor. Nikki was really responsive as well. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at the 1961 House for a week in July with our two teenage boys and we all loved it. The decor was really neat and made it feel like we'd been transported back to the 1960's. Our boys were especially intrigued by the record player. The rooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable. The house had all the amenities we needed and then some. We really enjoyed the abundance of games to choose from! We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Green Bay area!

Lovely Place for a Gameday Weekend!

We had a great stay at the 1966 house. We came for the Packers game as a group of friends. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed all of the games and the bar area in the basement. Can walk to Lambeau field and are very close to lots of attractions and restaurants. The house is on a quiet street in a cute neighborhood. Would definitely recommend to others!

Uniquely enjoyable home in quiet neighborhood

My family and I appreciated the chance to stay at the 1961 House while attending a family reunion. Every place we needed to be was never more than 10 minutes by car, making the location very convenient, in a quiet neighborhood. The basement bar and “party room” made this property uniquely satisfying for inviting extended family over for drinks and take out dining. Other than being short on a few kitchen items, for which I received a friendly reply after communicating, we thoroughly enjoyed our 4-night stay. It is a spacious property with loads of vintage charm!

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

We always try to find unique and charming places for our VRBO vacations, and this house did not disappoint! Was absolutely charming, extremely clean, and in the perfect location to get to the Reusch as well as day trip up to Door County to explore. Would recommend and stay again on future adventures!

Volleyball tournament stay

We had a tournament in town and instead of staying at a hotel found this lovely place. Always great to find a nice home to stay at to get a great night sleep (beds were so comfortable) and just spread out to relax.

My family and I loved our trip to Green Bay and our stay at the 1961 home. We were within walking distance to the stadium which was great! We saved on parking and the location was so convenient. My son enjoyed his runs in the neighborhood. Overall, we loved our stay!

Step back in time

I have kids ranging from toddler to teenager and the 1961 house was a great place for us to stay. The kitchen is well stocked with all you need to prepare a meal and eat, a ton of games, and a great screened porch. Plus the decor is a really cool. We had a great time.

Nice home away from home

Property was clean. Plenty of amenities. Communication was excellent. Great fenced in area for the dog. Lots of retro themed decorations and games through the house. If we ever come back to the Green Bay area we would definitely use this place again.

Pros: The home was very clean and accommodated to our needs. Has plenty of entertainment for adults and kids. Cons: There were a few broken window blinds in the sun room and the dryer only worked on a certain dial only. I had to unclog the kitchen sink because it was clogged on the drain sink side. Overall I was very pleased with the stay and recommend this house for family stays.
