We are excited to offer our recently renovated 1890s home. Our old home consists of three bedrooms, two full bathrooms (one with a tub), living area and kitchen. We've spent the last 2 1/12 years rehabbing the interior of the home. The kitchen cabinets and appliances are new. The beds and most furniture are new. The home has 2 queen size beds, a small futon, and two blowup mattresses (twin and queen). There is also a comfortable sofa and love seat in the living room. We do allow dogs. There is off street parking for three cars. The bus routine is about three short blocks. We have a large yard (not fenced) and it’s steps to a park with a splash pad and tennis courts.
The home does have steps leading to the front porch, (The porch-is safe but needs TLC. We are waiting for warm weather to paint it.) and the bedrooms are on the second floor. The shower on the first floor is handicapped accessible.
The home is 3.8 miles from Lambeau Field. It is also less than a mile to the Broadway District which is on the westside of the downtown area. This area has several bars, restaurants and special entertainment.
