Checkin was easy, and there were nice touches like the fresh flowers in the table. The unit is cool and comfortable in the living room and kitchen but the AC doesn’t cool down the bedrooms. The fans help somewhat in the bedrooms but it’s not enough to sleep in August when it’s 102 degrees. The kitchen needs updating and also a good cleaning as the cabinets are sticky. There wasn’t a clean dish sponge to use. It’s missing simple stuff like a wine bottle opener. There also wasn’t any laundry soap for the washing machine. The furnishings in the bedrooms were fine, but the linens were all mismatched. The bathroom tub looks stained and kinda grungy. There wasn’t any bath tissues or shower gel or bath soap. The front lawn was nice as was the patio furniture to sit outside after dark when it cooled down. Wi-Fi access was easy and it worked fine. We did get woken up early every morning at about 4 am by the people in the upstairs unit as the floors squeak. Easy drive to Island Grove Regional Park and access to downtown.

Although the property was clean, there were no trash bags, no laundry supplies, no or little shower supplies. Would expect these type of things to be on the property. As for the beds, only top sheets on the beds, no fitted sheets(while they were there, they were just stuffed in the closet)Overall, was disappointed. This is our 3rd stay in a VRBO this year and by far the least put together.

Overall a nice place to stay. It was clean and as described. The location is right on a main road which made the commute super easy to and from our destinations. The WiFi was easy to use and we all easily connected. We didn’t cook or anything so I can’t comment on the kitchen amenities. Only a couple items that could use some improvement. AC is a mini split in the living room which keeps up great except in the bedrooms and the bathroom when the doors are closed. I was appreciative of the fan in the bedroom to at least circulate the air during the night. The other item to mention is the tenants above you can hear walking around at all hours with a very creaky floor. All things considered I would choose this location again if the situation came about to return.
