There are two wonderful kingsize bedroom and a sofa bed (sleeping an extra person) within the living area. For those preferring to dine out, there are plenty of eating establishments nearby and many delivery options if you don’t want to go out. The conservatory at rear overlooks the enclosed garden (however there is no access to the garden via the conseratory), and is the perfect spot in which to sit back and relax.

Gorleston’s beach, an award-winning sandy beach with grand promenade and gardens, has a beach café, restaurants and a pub offering great refreshments and food. it is a great destination and very popular for young and old alike, surfers, windsurfers, body-boarders and kite-flyers, too. The town centre has shops, supermarkets and more restaurants and pubs. Traditional seaside town of Great Yarmouth for its sandy beach, donkey rides, trampoline park (seasonal), pier, promenade, amusements, fun fair, crazy golf, model village and much more.

Thrill seekers can enjoy a day at Pleasurewood Hills Theme Park, or for a quieter day out, golfers are welcome at Gorleston Golf Club. Or jump on the train or take a 35-minute drive to the medieval city of Norwich, voted one of the top ten shopping locations in the UK. Here you will also find art galleries, a cathedral and castle museum.

The Suffolk Heritage Coast is full of pretty coastal villages such as Southwold, Dunwich and Aldeburgh, all within driving distance. For a change in pace, visit the Norfolk Broads National Park, the southern gateway of which lies in Oulton Broad, just a short drive away.
