Adorable 2-bedroom home near downtown Grayslake!

Welcome to Mellow Yellow, an adorable home with everything you need. Located close to downtown Grayslake where you will find restaurants, bars and cute hometown stores. Walk to Jones Island to relax on the beach or head to the Aquatic Family Center for a dip in the pool. Enjoy nearby attractions, Lake County Fairgrounds, Six Flags Great America, Great Lakes Naval Base, and Gurnee Mills Mall, or spend the day in Chicago which is 29 miles. Adorable home with hardwood floors throughout. Kitchen is nicely updated. Both bedrooms have newer queen beds. Bathroom is not large but functional. Great deck in backyard and large shaded backyard.

Quiet friendly neighborhood.

You can walk to downtown or the lake. You can also drive around and parking is easy. During the summer from June 8th-September 28th, Grayslake has a farmers market every Wednesday from 3pm-7pm. In the spring from April 16th-June4th it runs on Saturday's from 10am-2pm and in the fall from October 1st-December 17th again on Saturday's from 10am-2pm.

Our charming home nestled in a cute residential area of Grayslake! Perfect for families, our neighborhood is filled with friendly neighbors and lots of kids, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Grayslake offers a delightful array of nice restaurants and pubs, making it easy to enjoy a great meal or a night out. Whether you're looking for a relaxing getaway or a comfortable place to stay while exploring the area, our home provides the perfect setting. My mission is to make your stay comfortable, enjoyable, relaxing, and fun! For me to do so, I would truly appreciate it if you could follow these house rules.
-Please be sure to list how many guests will be staying in order for us to provide enough towels and linens.
-No parties, loud noises, or events.
-No unregistered guests.
-No smoking at all of any kind inside. Minimum" $200 fee and possibly more depending on cleaning/damages.
-Accidents can happen, if something should happen or something breaks oftentimes there will not be an added charge as long as you notify me of it. If the issue is discovered later, there will be an additional charge.
-Extended stays longer than 21 days will require an extra cleaning fee
PETS:
-Pet fee of $100 for up to 2 dogs (no puppies or dogs younger than 1 1/2 years, no cats or other animals, double the fee if dogs not registered).
- Dogs cannot be left unattended outside or inside unless they are crated inside.
- Please, Please, Please pick up all dog waste, put in tied plastic bag and put in garbage. Additional fee if not.
- No obsessive dog barking.
BATHROOMS:
“Dark” wash clothes are available to use when removing make-up. Please do not use the white clothes.
-Please be careful with hair in sinks and only toilet paper in the toilet. (I know, sounds crazy but need to say it) 😉
KITCHEN:
- Dishwasher is for your use but only run the dishwasher while you are home in case there is ever a leak.
