Perfect for groups or families, this resort has three buildings: Camp Arrowhead, a 2-bedroom, 1-bath cabin that sleeps 4, the Cedar Crest Main House that features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, providing a comfortable space with easy access to the outdoors and steps away, the Log Cabin that offers 2 additional bedrooms and a full bathroom, nestled right on the water's edge. These properties offer peaceful views, a private dock, fire pit, and a propane grill for relaxing outdoor moments. Coffee Maker: There is a Keurig in Camp Arrowhead and 12 cup drip for coffee. There are drip coffee makers in Cedar Crest and the Log Cabin.

Dock: There is a 6 ft dock. (From Memorial day/ Labor day)

Drinking Water: There is drinkable well water.

Drugs/Smoking/Fireworks: Freshwater does not permit illegal drugs of any kind on the property. Due to the location of the properties, smoking is strongly discouraged around the home and strictly prohibited in the home. Fireworks are prohibited at a Freshwater location for the safety of all persons in and around the property, even if it is legal in that city.

Fireplace: Camp Arrowhead has a fireplace. Cedar Crest and the Log Cabin do not.

Fire-pit: There are fire pits at each home.

Fishing: Rainbow Trout and Brook Trout. Fly fishing only.

Fishing License: One is required

Golf: The Patriot Golf Course- 19 min (14 miles)
Grayling Country Club- 15 min (9.7 miles)

Grill: There is a Propane grill at this home and a propane grill in the pavillion.

Handicap Friendly: There are no additional features to make this property handicap friendly.

Heat: Camp Arrowhead is Boiler heated. Cedar Crest and the Log Cabin have propane forced air.

Hunting: Hunting is not allowed on the property. Please follow all local and state guidelines if hunting in the area.

Internet: Starlink 160 Mbps.

Linens: All linens are provided.

Parking: Up to 3 cars.

Pets: No pets are allowed on this property.

Privacy: There are neighbors upstream.

Snowmobiles: a person (resident and nonresident) that operates a snowmobile in Michigan is required to purchase a snowmobile trail permit. The trail permit enables snowmobilers to ride state-designated trails and thousands more miles of public roads and on public lands (where authorized). It is valid for one year, which begins Oct. 1 and ends Sept. 30 of the following year. State-designated trails are open Dec. 1-March 31 and grooming occurs when there is enough snow on the ground.
