The property is located in a very small tidy mobile home park that sits a good distance off the highway. It is the very last unit on the end and adjacent to wooded acreage. There are other short term rentals next-door, and additionally, there are a few long-term full-time residents in the park. Although the beach is on the other side of the highway, the access road is about half mile from the property. There’s a small convenience store within walking distance for the last minute items, or just a soft serve cone

Guest have access to the entire home and the surrounding yard adjacent to the home.

There is a local cohost that is available for check-in and questions. He’s also on site for the occasional Repair or Assistance.

Our fabulous Housekeeper is also available and local.

Guests should be aware that the property is located in a small community with other full-time residents and other short term rentals. It is important to be polite and honor everybody’s privacy and quiet enjoyability.

Please note that the building on the highway where you turn into the property does not belong to this owner. I wish he was a more conscientious neighbor.
