Make a beeline for Trosley Country Park (1.5 miles) and enjoy spectacular views over the North Downs and a refreshment in the cafe, or stroll to Meopham Green and watch a game of cricket, visit the windmill, or refuel in the village pub. Grab your clubs and head to West Malling (8 miles) for a round of golf, or explore the town's restaurants, bars and tearooms, or for younger ones, visit the play park and duck pond. Further afield, London can be reached in 20 minutes from Ebbsfleet International Station (9 miles).

When stomachs rumble, find everything needed in the well-appointed kitchen to cook up holiday feasts, which can be enjoyed at the glass dining table or alfresco out on the deck or in the rear garden. The first of four bedrooms sits on the ground floor, offering a king-size room served by a nearby WC, which completes this level. Up on the first floor, take your pick from two splendid double bedrooms, one featuring a double bed and an en-suite shower. The master king-size suite features a custom made four-poster bed, walk-in wardrobe and en-suite shower room. Completing the interior is a stylish, large family bathroom with a double-ended bath with shower over the bath.


Make full use of the generous outdoor space, starting with the picture-postcard American style deck overlooking ancient woodland in complete seclusion.
