This property is managed by Larihome in the name and on behalf of the owner, Caimi Davide, by virtue of a mandate with representation.



Garden’s Lodge is a two-story apartment located just a few meters from the lakefront and the center of Gravedona. The living area and bathroom are on the ground floor, while the bedrooms are on the upper floor, reachable via an internal spiral staircase.



There is also a large garden at your disposal with a dining table and deckchairs.



You only need to walk 350 meters to reach the lakeside of Gravedona, along which you will also find all the services you will need during your stay (supermarket, bars, restaurants, newsagent).



You can choose whether to live your holiday always on the go discovering every corner of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains, or alternate it with days of complete relax, staying in the garden.



The accommodation has a kitchen complete with hob, refrigerator, oven, espresso and American coffee machine and toaster;



To complete the living area we find a sofa bed and a smart TV.



The bedrooms both have a double bed and a large wardrobe to store all your clothes.



The bathroom has a bathtub, toilet, bidet and sink;



Upon your arrival you will find all the necessary bed linen and bath towels.



Don't worry if you run out of clothes or spill something on your favorite shirt. We have a washing machine ready to solve the problem!
