Within a radius of about 500 meters you can find all the services you will need (supermarket, bars, restaurants, pharmacy). You find a bus stop at just 50 meters, and boat pier at 200 mteres from the house.



The accommodation has a kitchen complete with induction hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and American coffee machine;



To complete the studio apartment we find a comfortable sofa bed, a foldaway single bed and a smart TV (55").



The bathroom has a large shower with glass box, toilet, bidet and sink.



In common with the apartment above there is a laundry room, in which you will find a sink, a washer-dryer, drying racks and an iron with its board.



The apartment does not have a private parking space, however there are several free public parking lots nearby.



Upon your arrival you will find all the necessary linen for the beds and towels for the bathroom.
