Appartamento Breva is a cozy apartment located on the first floor of a historic building in the center of Gravedona, where you can relax without any disturb.

The location is excellent: the lakefront is at just 300 meters, and you can reach it in a very few minutes on foot through the characteristic streets of the centre. Here you will find bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors, boat departures and even a grocery store.



In two minutes by car you can easily reach all the other services you need (supermarket, pharmacy, bank, petrol station).



At your disposal you also have a terrace overlooking the mountains equipped with deckchairs, dining tables and barbecue. This area is shared with another apartment, but is made up of two separate spaces and is large enough to ensure that everyone has their own privacy.



The accommodation has air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom.



You can choose whether to spend your holiday always exploring every corner of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains, or alternate it with days of complete relax, admiring the view of the mountains from the terrace.



The accommodation has a kitchen complete with induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, toaster and electric kettle; Furthermore, during the summer you can have lunch and dinner directly outside enjoying the view!



The bedroom has a double bed, smart TV and a wardrobe for all your clothes.



The bathroom is large and has a shower with glass enclosure, sink, toilet and bidet.



Upon your arrival you will find all the necessary linen for the beds and towels for the bathroom.



There is no private parking space but there is a public car park which usually has several free spaces about 50 meters away.



To reach the apartment you need to take a flight of stairs, and to reach the building from the car park the road is quite steep.

We have introduced the self check-in, so you can arrive at the time you prefer and get in the apartment independently without any problems. the apartment will be available from 15.00. After booking will be explained to you the simple procedure for the online check-in and key collection, which you will find in a safe-deposit box next to the front door.



During the check-in will be required an amount of € 150,00 as a deposit. The bail will be fully refunded at the check-out, after a check to verify that the apartment has not been damaged.
