Appartamento Gemma is a cozy studio apartment located just a few metres from the lake, right in the centre of Gravedona!



Just out of the apartment you find an outdoor space with a table and chairs, where you can enjoy breakfasts, dinners and aperitifs.

The location is very convenient and perfectly matches the style of the apartment: walking 50 metres, crossing the ancient streets of the centre, you will find yourself directly on the lakefront.



Within a radius of 300 metres you will find all the services you will need during your stay in Gravedona (bars, restaurants, grocery store, pier).



The kitchen is fully equipped: induction hob, fridge, oven, sink, toaster, kettle, pots, pans and kitchen utensils. You will obviously also find plates, glasses and cutlery for all guests.



To complete the studio apartment we find a comfortable sofa bed.



Upon your arrival you will find all the necessary bed linen and towels for the bathroom.



The apartment is on the ground floor, reachable from the parking by climbing just 2 steps.



There is no private parking space, but about 200 meters away there are several free public parking lots.
