Getting Around:

The home is a five-minute drive from downtown Granville. A car is needed as there is no public transportation. There is ample, off-street parking on the property. The Spring Valley Nature Preserve offers great opportunities for outdoor activities: hiking and creek walking, birdwatching, etc.



Other Things to Note:

No access to garage but plenty of private, off-street parking.
