Modern House, Walk To Historic Downtown!

Newly remodeled 1940 house a few blocks away from historic downtown! 2 bedroom that all feature new queen beds. The house is only two miles off of I-5 and within walking distance to some of the best restaurants, bars, and shops downtown has to offer. The living room features a 60 in HDTV. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, glassware, pots and pans, a keurig and many other commodities . The Outdoor area has a table, lots of seating, and a Barbecue. Guest loves this safe cute part of town.

The space
This is an excellent spot to enjoy all the greatness that Grants Pass has to offer. There is plenty of on street parking, along with two off-street parking spots off the alley way in the back of the lot. You can walk to downtown Grants Pass in just a few minutes, making for fun nights out on the town.

Guest can access everything in the main house and on the property besides the garage, and back unit. :)

Needed a nice place to stay to enjoy my son and daughter in law that are currently staying in the area. Their place is small, so we wanted to be able for them to come over and cook and enjoy our time together. This place was not that place we needed. We did find out that this place is split into two rentals or there was someone in the house on the backside. We did not know this at the time of rental. Beds were not comfortable, kitchen was not sufficiently stocked, broken kitchen chair so we couldn’t even sit at the table, no wash cloths until we had to ask for one, no potholder or kitchen towels, outside furniture was not usable, grill had water in it. I have not ever had to leave a bad review and I hesitate to do this one. The host answered my questions quickly and also brought over towels for us as requested. It just needs work and I didn’t want to leave a dishonest review. One more important thing that people need to know, while opening the dishwasher, it will fall quickly as it injured my son’s foot. The spring on the door apparently is broken. It’s extremely heavy and dangerous to open.

This little gem is easily walkable to fantastic restaurants, bars, and cute little shops downtown. The communication was excellent, and the home is absolutely darling!

Cute, great remodeled home

We arrived at check in time (4pm) and the beds hadn’t been made yet. The rest of the house was clean and tidy. The cleaner showed up around 4:10 and made the beds. The house is comfortable and nicely remodeled. The beds were super comfortable and the bathroom, while small was very nice, as was the kitchen. This house advertised a fenced in front yard but one side is just a hedge. Our dog went right through it and was out. We were outside too so it wasn’t an issue, but if your dog is a “runner” this yard is not completely secure for pets. This is my only complaint. The small back patio area is completely secure and the gas fire pit is very nice!!! The house was perfect for our needs.

Great place to stay!

This house was perfect for our needs. It had good space for the 3 of us, and could be comfortable for a few more. The bathroom is a bit cramped, but everything else is sized well. The front yard was perfect for our dogs - they could run around a bit within the fenced-in area. The house was very clean, and in good shape. Thanks for the great rental!

Cute!

The house itself was a perfect size for our group. It was clean and decorated well. Short walk to downtown. Communication with owner was great and responsive! Only minor complaint was that one of the walls seemed to be shared with another apartment and could get a little noisy but all in all a pleasant experience!

Wonderful rental

The home is so charming with modern updates. I enjoyed my coffee everyday on the patio and had the cutest hummingbird visit! Convenient location. There’s a grocery store nearby as well as restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The owners went above and beyond to help me find a wheelchair because I was 1week post op from emergency surgery. I am so thankful for their kindness. I definitely recommend this rental!

Nice little house

Overall, the house was nice and really easy to find. It is also located in a good spot that allows you to swing over to stores and gas stations for resupplying. If there were any improvements, I would have heavier blinds in the non-master bedroom and living room (sofa bed). With early mornings, there is a lot of light that comes in and could be bothersome if you need a really dark room to sleep.

This house was very cute! It would be a great house to stay in if you were staying in the area. We just popped in real quick for an overnight. It was tastefully remodeled and had all of the things we needed. The keurig was a nice surprise to me for a “normal” cup of coffee after many stops on a road trip. The only down sides were street parking but it really wasn’t that bad and also the dryer was full of linens that I needed to fold to get out of the way so I could use the w/d. The back patio was covered in pine needles but that’s hard to avoid with winds and location. Overall it was a great house. Almost wish we had an extra day there.

Super Cute Home

Wrong code provided on check in. Owner replied quickly with correct door code. Place is clean and designed with tasteful finishes. AC works great. Some of the neighbors looked a bit sketchy, but we experienced no problems, besides the typical late night noise you'd expect in a high-density neighborhood. We'd definitely stay here again.
