To complete your booking process and get your Guest Access information you will be connected with Enso Connect Guest Experience app. Once you have completed your verification process you will receive your Enso "Boarding Pass" with your Guest Access information.
The Enso Connect guest verification process will require:
* Signing of rental agreement
* ID and selfie uploads
Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the apartment and 2 stall attached garage & driveway. The property is self-check-in, so please carefully read the check-in instructions prior to arrival. Property amenities include in unit laundry, private patio, grill, community tennis courts and nearby walking trails. You have around-the-clock access to your space through our custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks.

Residents can explore the attractions of Grand Rapids, including the vast recreational space of Millennium Park, perfect for outdoor activities and picnics. Additionally, the Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park showcases breathtaking gardens and impressive sculptures, while the Rivertown Crossings shopping center within Wyoming caters to a variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment needs.

In Wyoming/Grandville, getting around is easy with various transportation options:
Car: The primary mode of transportation, with proximity to major highways like M-6, I-96, and US 131.

âą Parking on the street is strictly prohibited at all times for any reason. All guests must use the designated parking areas provided on the property. Vehicles parked on the street are subject to immediate towing at the vehicle ownerâs expense. No exceptions will be made.
***Maintenance and inspections may be required during your stay. Please note that we cannot guarantee a specific timeframe or reschedule these visits. Any necessary work will be completed as quickly as possible to ensure the property remains in proper condition.
