Absolutely horrible stay (do not stay here) (part 1)
This is absolutely not an accurate listing. Upon check in we were givin a dirty room with "white" stains on the office chair and the induction stove top fell apart when opening the drawer inderneath and pubic hair in the tub under our "clean" towels, and that was only our first 10 minutes of being there.the front desk only allowed us to change rooms once they went and veriefied the messes in the room which werent hard to find if they would actually inspect the rooms after cleaning. When we were finally allowed to check into our new room after 30 minutes. We immediately ran into more issues with the new room, more "white" stains on the headboard above the bed, and fire alarms barely hanging from the ceiling and the exhaust fan/light above the stove did not work also. And dont forget about the unexpected roommates in the bathroom in the form of silverfish (termite bug). We went to call down to the front desk with the hotel phone and it was covered in a sweat residue. Now onto the hotel itself, we walked into multiple workers in the way of the front door remodeling/painting/sanding walls. Nothing was actively cleaned behind the workers themselfs. From drywall dust handprints in elevator and on windows and walls all over the hotel. None of the hallways and stairs looked like they had been vaccumed in months and made it worrysome to even wanna walk around in socks.the laundry room was condemned and closed to the public by the city kent but still in use......(part 1)
