The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Large house split into two units. Dedicated entry for each unit, NO shared space.

Good location, nice redone farmhouse

This was the perfect location for our family of 5 adults. We were in town for a wedding. The location was perfect, close to downtown and the house was large and comfy. It had everything we needed. Would recommend.

Great Hosts

Fantastic hosts and plenty of room for all 10 us that stayed for a music festival. We had a hiccup at the concert when we parked in a tow-away zone. Our hosts were concerned enough to let us stay past our check out time so that we could get our vehicles and even drove by to check on us. Matt and Wendy are great people. Thank you for the hospitality and for your concern for us!! We will definiely stay here again!!!!

Quiet, overall nice indoor-outdoor space for a large group

Pluses: Serene backyard - big trees, super quiet!! Nice table for cards. Convenient parking. Bedrooms away from main space for privacy. Three full bathrooms!! Responsive hosts. Well-located. Easy check-in and out. Minuses: Not super clean for a place specifying no shoes or glitter. Great back patio but not swept or maintained. Not too attractive. No shampoo or bath soap, coffeemaker spits grounds - expected a little extra for the price. Over all: A nice gathering space for a large group. Well-located for local attractions and any basic shopping needs. Private and quiet!! We enjoyed ourselves!!

Unfortunately we were all a little surprised. It seems like remodeling started but only in a few areas and not in a very organized manner. It was not made clear about the steep stairs going up to the second floor. Rooms were spacious but beds were very uncomfortable. It felt like they threw a few cheap beds and a mattress in the room and called it fine. The wood floors in the bunk bath were not even glued or nailed down. The shower floors were moldy and felt unclean. The kitchen was like they went into their own home and grabbed what they didn't want and threw in the VRBO's drawers. We didn't have a lot of needed things and couldn't find it if it was there. 1/2 of a roll of paper towel was all that was provided. Back patio wooden steps so darn slippery and no rug to insure no slipping and falling on the kitchen tile floor. We were very hot and I did reach out which within 30 minutes they brought us fans. They said there was a water generated electric cooler machine and that we just needed to add water. Well there was no screwdriver to take the filthy filter off to clean before it would even blow air. Strict rules were posted regarding noise etc...but the connected half of the house (which was not disclosed) had a group of 15 boys that were inside and outside drinking foul language loud music the whole time we were there. I reached out to the host which said she reached out the the renters and told them WE complained which was very scary. It NEVER STOPPED.We left a day early!

Duplex for rent

Some friends and I got together for a birthday celebration over the weekend. The place was comfortable for everyone, there was enough beds and bathrooms for the party. Everything was clean. My only negative is that this is an old farm house split down the middle and there are 2 rental units. We were unaware of this and it was a little unnerving driving up to see a bunch of guys on the porch. It ended up working great, but I would have liked to know beforehand.
