This Soda Springs Ranch condo 3C is ideal for families looking for a vacation rental that offers ample space across three interior levels, hardwood flooring throughout, exceptional amenities, and plenty of outdoor seating on the two private decks and one patio.
The main ground floor entry features a nautical-themed mudroom complete with bench seating, storage for outdoor gear, an alcove with twin bunk beds, and a full-sized washer and dryer. The open den area includes a small desk for checking emails or working during your stay, along with a private patio to enjoy the refreshing Colorado air. For indoor entertainment, the game room is equipped with a ping pong table.
The main floor provides generous open space suitable for gatherings of any size, featuring a ceiling fan in the main living area, ample seating to enjoy the gas fireplace and flat-screen TV, or stepping outside to the private deck that includes a sitting area, BBQ grill, and views of the surrounding forest and mountains.
Adjacent to the living area, the dining area is furnished with a table and chairs for four guests, plus two additional seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, custom wood cabinetry, and countertops with ample storage, making meal preparation a breeze for the designated cook in your group. This level also includes a half bathroom.
On the upper level of the townhome, there is a full bathroom in the hallway with dual vanities and a shower. The primary bedroom is outfitted with a king-sized bed, a large closet, a flat-screen TV, and access to a second private deck. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed and a single twin bed, providing additional sleeping arrangements to ensure everyone enjoys a restful night.
Guests can take advantage of additional amenities such as an evening of ping pong in the game room, an inflatable kayak, two paddleboards, and life jackets.
The location is ideal, situated directly across from Cutthroat Trout Bay at the northern end of Lake Granby, perfect for engaging in water sports and fishing. It is just a brief three-minute drive to downtown Grand Lake, where one can find shopping, dining, live entertainment, and the western entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Year-round outdoor activities include hiking, golfing, fishing, boating, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, and wildlife observation.
Fully equipped kitchen includes all pots, pans, dishes and utensils. All linens, towels, paper products and toiletries are provided. Free Wi-FI, Smart TVS, guests can use personal streaming services.
Parking: There are 2 outdoor parking spots in front of the garage with additional spots in the open area across from the driveway. Please no parking on the complex roads.
House Rules: Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited according to homeowner rule. Guests will face a fine of $500 per day if found smoking or bringing a pet onto the property. Check-in time is at 4:00PM and check-out time is at 10:00AM. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age.
Quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 7:00 AM.
