Il y a tant à aimer dans ce condo du centre-ville décoré avec goût. L'emplacement, l'ameublement, la chambre principale spacieuse et le plan d'étage à concept ouvert attribuent tous à ses logements merveilleux. C'est luxueux et privé, mais assez proche de toute l'action.


DANS LE CONDO

Grand Retreat se trouve au deuxième étage du bâtiment The Grand et s’étend sur un niveau, vous n’aurez donc plus à vous soucier des escaliers. Il comprend une grande suite parentale avec une salle de bain attenante et un grand placard, une chambre pour les invités, une salle de bain complète pour les invités, une machine à laver / sèche-linge superposable et un mobilier confortable.

En dehors du salon, vous trouverez un balcon privé couvert.

EN MANGEANT

La cuisine est idéale pour les vacanciers - elle est bien fournie et pratique. Il y a beaucoup d'espace de comptoir et d'armoires, tous les gros appareils ménagers (y compris un compacteur de déchets), ainsi que toute la vaisselle et les ustensiles de cuisine. L'îlot central avec ses trois tabourets est idéal pour manger rapidement ou s'asseoir autour de la table de la cuisine pour un dîner plus formel.


L'EMPLACEMENT

Grand Retreat est en plein cœur du centre-ville de Grand Haven. Il y a des restaurants, des cafés, des boutiques, des magasins de jouets, des bars, juste devant la porte. Les feux d'artifice, la fontaine musicale, Culte sur le front de mer, sont tous présentés au stade au bord de l'eau, juste en bas du bloc. Le chenal est également à proximité et vous pouvez marcher environ un demi-kilomètre sur la promenade pour voir le phare et la plage. Le Grand bâtiment a beaucoup d’histoire et de caractère. C’était autrefois un cinéma et a depuis été converti en luxueux condos "Grand Theatre".

Parking: Le parking de nuit, premier arrivé, premier servi, est situé dans le lot urbain derrière le bâtiment. Vous devrez acheter des laissez-passer nocturnes de la ville à 5 $ / nuit.

Very Clean, Close to everything!

This condo was close to everything and it was so clean! Although we dined out most of the time we were there because this condo is within walking to distance to great restaurants, the kitchen was very well stocked with all the dishware and cooking utensils. And we felt very safe in the secure building! We will definitely stay here again!

Location was great but no parking space was available and I got a parking ticket. Could not contact manager and no info on business hours or when you're allowed to contact manager.

Grand Haven Vacation

Second time staying this condo. It has always been first rate. Always clean. The unit has everything you need for a week's stay. The only issue we had was the key. There was supposed to be a set if keys inside the condo along with a set of keys from the outside lockbox. We only had the set from the outside lockbox. Nothing inside the unit. We managed, but the main entrance key was difficult to use. Needed several minutes of jiggling. The management company was not eager to help so we lived with it. I still highly recommend this place.

Perfect Location!

1 mile walk to the beach with restaurants and shopping very nearby. The kitchen was well stocked and past guests had left spices and some miscellaneous items to help stock the pantry. There were beach chairs in the closet, but you'll need to bring your own beach towels. We were able to access our Netflix account on the living room TV which was nice. There's no real view, but the balcony was still nice and proximity to attractions was more important to us.

Enjoyed our time in Gd Haven.. but disappointed the Homeowners do not allow even a gas grill on the deck. Minor issues that you may want to address : Plumbing for both toilets. Oven cleanliness. Overall, best location in Gd Haven..

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for a week during coast guard festival. The location is perfect for the festival. The carnival is right outside the door however the condo is quiet inside. Walking distance to the beach. The place is nice, clean and comfortable. The major downside is overnight parking. There are only about 10 spots for overnight parking close by. The rest are 3 hour. The spots are always taken by other guest, so once you get a spot you don't want to move your car or you probably won't get another one when you get back. You have to pay $5 a day for overnight parking which isn't bad, but you have to remember to get a ticket every day as they are single day passes. While on vacation, it is a lot to have to think about and deal with every day. We stayed for 3 days after the festival and overnight parking did not get any better. I also recommend bringing more bath towels. We were provided 4 bath towels for 4 adults for a week. Overall, if you don't need a car, I would recommend this condo, otherwise I would look for a place with a reserved space.

You can't beat the location! This condo is very high end and exceptionally clean. Everything you could possibly need and more is available. The owner and management company kept me informed on all I needed to know for a smooth check in. I love this condo and plan to rent it again next year. Favorite place I've stayed in Grand Haven over the past 10 years!
